The Witch
The Darkness Within
In the quiet corners of Jellico, Tennessee, 'The Witch' explores the fragmented lines between myth and reality. She delves into the ancestral fears that lie dormant in our shadows, weaving a tapestry of psychological thrill and archaic horror that lingers long after the sun settles behind the mountains.
Over the years, Rebecca has been condemned for being a witch. This occultic subject matter is something that she neither confesses nor disavows; however, she does display an otherworldly smile when the topic comes up.
It seems that her own mother even accused her of dabbling in dark matters, while others insisted that she had put curses on them.
What we do know is that some people cautiously hide their witchy beliefs and never tell others about their involvement in Wicca — not their families (or only the very close), not their friends, and certainly not their employers. They hide their altars, keep their books hidden in drawers instead of displayed on shelves, and find an excuse to leave in a hurry when people start talking about religion. They only share their beliefs with like-minded Wiccans, and sometimes with no one at all.
So the question remains variable and unpredictable. However, I might suggest that you check your transgressions, as the old saying goes, "You should never tempt the wrath of a witch. 😉
In other words, this is one of those FAFO matters.
